This page is for orchard staff. If you are a visitor to the orchard and want a booking deleted, the page you need is Szedd Magad – Account & Data Deletion.
Szedd Magad Gazda is the staff app of the Nagy Család Gyümölcsöse orchard. It requires a sign-in, and the account holds only three things: a username, a display name, and a password stored as a salted hash. No email address, no phone number, no payment details.
Accounts cannot be created from the app store or by self-registration — they are issued by the orchard. That is also why deleting one is a normal, everyday operation rather than a support request.
The account row is removed from the database immediately and irreversibly. Any session token already issued to that account stops working on the next request, because every request re-checks that the account still exists — so a deleted person loses access even if their phone is still switched on.
The app deliberately prevents deleting the last remaining account, so the orchard cannot lock itself out entirely.
If you cannot sign in, email lexandro2000@gmail.com from any address and give the username you want removed. We will confirm with the orchard owner before deleting, and reply when it is done. Expect this within a few days.
| Data | What happens on deletion |
|---|---|
| Username, display name, password hash and salt | Deleted immediately and permanently. Not recoverable |
| Last sign-in timestamp | Deleted with the account row |
| Session tokens issued to the account | Stop being accepted at once. Nothing is stored server-side to clean up |
| Login attempt counters | Expire on their own within 1 hour |
| Orchard content published by that person | Kept. Opening hours, prices and varieties belong to the orchard, not to whoever typed them in. They carry no personal data about the person who published them |
| Customer bookings | Kept. They are the orchard’s records and never belonged to the staff account. Their own retention rules are in the Szedd Magad privacy policy |
The app keeps this on the phone only: the session token, the signed-in display name, the content draft being edited, and the cached orchard content. To remove all of it:
Important: uninstalling the app does not delete the account on the server. If you want the account itself gone, delete it first from Beállítás → Felhasználók, or email us.
The app is distributed through a Google Play closed test. Leaving the tester list is a separate step handled by Google, and removes access to the download — it does not delete the staff account. Ask the orchard owner to remove your address from the tester list, and delete the account as described above.
