Szedd Magad Gazda – Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-31

By using the Szedd Magad Gazda app you agree to these terms. The app is provided free of charge.

This app is for orchard staff only. If you are a visitor to the Nagy Család Gyümölcsöse orchard, the app for you is Szedd Magad.

What the app is

Szedd Magad Gazda is the staff application of the Nagy Család Gyümölcsöse pick-your-own fruit orchard in Győrszentiván, Hungary. It is used to edit what the visitor-facing app shows — opening hours, ripeness, prices, variety locations, and a short message — to set the daily visitor capacity, and to see who has booked a visit.

Who may use it

Only people the orchard has issued an account to. There is no self-registration, and installing the app grants nothing on its own. Sharing your username and password, or letting someone else use your signed-in device, is a breach of these terms — the account is how the orchard knows who changed what.

If you no longer work with the orchard, or you lose the device, tell the orchard so the account can be deleted. Deleting the account cuts off access on the next request from any device.

Publishing content

What you publish is immediately visible to the public: visitors see it the next time they open the Szedd Magad app. There is no review step and no approval queue.

Customer data

The arrivals list shows visitors’ names and phone numbers. That data belongs to the orchard and is entrusted to you for one purpose: running the visit.

How that data is handled, and for how long, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Daily capacity

The capacity you set is enforced by the server: once a day is full, the visitor app refuses further bookings for it. Lowering the capacity below the number already booked does not cancel anyone — existing bookings stand, and you will need to call those visitors yourself.

Location

The “I am standing here” button reads the device’s location so you can record where a variety grows. It runs only when you tap it. The coordinate is published as part of the orchard map, so record positions on the orchard, not elsewhere. You can always type a coordinate in by hand instead.

Availability

Publishing, the arrivals list and sign-in all require an internet connection. In the orchard there is not always signal; the app therefore lets you keep editing offline and publish later, or export the content as a file. No uptime is promised.

Distribution

The app is distributed through a Google Play closed test to a named list of testers, and is not published to the public store. Access to the download is managed by the orchard through Google Play, separately from your account inside the app.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app or the servers it talks to, and do not attempt to sign in with an account that is not yours.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app — including loss caused by content published in error, by a capacity setting, or by information being unavailable when needed.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary.
