MediNote – Account & Data Deletion

No accounts exist

MediNote has no user accounts, sign-in, or registration, so there is no account to delete and no personal profile is held on any server operated by us.

Deleting local data

Everything the app stores (your notes and your settings) lives only on your device. To delete it:

• Uninstall the app — this permanently removes all data it stored, or
• on Android, use Settings → Apps → MediNote → Storage → Clear data to wipe the data while keeping the app installed.

Data processed by Groq

When you dictate, the audio is sent to Groq, Inc. to produce the transcription. MediNote does not control how Groq stores or retains that audio; this is governed by Groq’s policies. To understand or request deletion of any data Groq may hold, see the Groq Privacy Policy and contact Groq directly.

Notes you have emailed

Once you send a note by email, a copy exists in your email account and on your email provider’s servers. Deleting the app does not remove those copies; manage them in your email account.
