Valomi – Account & Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of your Valomi account and all associated cloud data at any time.

What gets deleted

• Cloud backup data — all data synced to the cloud under your Google account will be permanently deleted.
• Account association — your Google account identifier will be removed from our systems.

What is not affected

• Local device data — data stored on your device is not affected. To remove it, uninstall the app.
• Your Google account — this request only affects Valomi's data, not your Google account itself.

How to request deletion

Send an email from the Google account you used to sign in to Valomi. Include "Delete my Valomi data" in the subject line. We will process your request within 30 days.
