Papety is a 2D educational game for children and families about paper recycling. It is played offline, on the device, and is meant to entertain and to teach — it is not a reference work. Nothing shown in the game should be treated as official guidance on how waste must be sorted or handled in your municipality; local rules always take precedence.
The game is entirely free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no virtual currency and no advertising. Nothing in the app can cost you or your child money.
There is no registration, no sign-in and no user account. Nothing needs to be created before playing, and there is nothing to lose access to.
Progress is stored on your device only. It is not backed up to any server and cannot be transferred between devices by us. Uninstalling the app, clearing its storage, or resetting the device permanently removes it, and it cannot be restored.
The game is intended for children and families. It collects no personal data, contains no advertising, no purchases, no chat and no user-generated content. Parents should be aware of one thing: the app contains a link to the papety.hu webshop, which opens in the device's browser and leaves the game. Anything that happens after that — including any purchase — takes place on that website under its own terms, not under these.
papety.hu is operated by the client, separately from this game. We do not sell anything through the app, take no payment in the app, and are not a party to any order, delivery or complaint arising on that website. Questions about products, orders or shipping belong to the webshop operator.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, redistribute or misuse the app. The game, its artwork, characters, text and code remain the property of their respective rights holders and may not be reused without permission.
The app is distributed through Google Play; other platforms may follow. We may update, change or discontinue the app at any time. Because the game runs offline, an existing installation keeps working regardless.
The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, including lost game progress or reliance on the educational content it presents.
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary.
